Installing of headlamp cleaning system (wipers) in W124 W201

So I decided to put headlamp cleaning system by myself, they fell my share in a partially complete, but their condition was not very well  ( gum on the wipers was torned,  shabby of paint, engines were dead , the eyelashes on the headlights was repainted  probably about 5 times, I generally set a goal to bring all this up. Relay I found much later than the original headlamp cleaning system . I realised this after installation, so I had to make a fresh attempt to disassemble, also to show you how it’s done ….

This is the second additional pump. It is from W123.

It is water splitter for two headlights

I decided that, for safety, it would be nice to consolidate all hoses by clamps.
If you look closely you can see the staffing clamp so I put hose under it with the wire  ….

Stretch the wire and hose under the bumper

at the same time fixing them by cable tie ….

Since I disassembled the car, then at the same time I decided to replace the dust caps of headlights …

They are held by this devices

Be carefuul, they are made from plastic!

Now is queue of the headlight

the eyelashes …

Stretch hose

Put eyelash

fasten it with the two screws

Now it is time to adjust the gap between the headlamp and turn signals
Dress turn signal, and move the headlamp thereby achieving the desired gap ….

As made, hold the headlight and remove turn signal, now tighten one side near the radiator

and two near turn signal

Put the top clip of headlight ….

Do not forget about the cutoff points

Putting wiper

Dont forget to check
